February was a slow month for single family home sales in Panama City, with 118 new sales. That was the slowest month in a year, but the best February since 2007. Prices are still at rock bottom levels, making this an excellent time to buy. Home for sale inventory continues to hover around a 10 month supply, and I expect that to increase, and prices to stay flat, for some time to come. Watch the video for all the details!
