I buy houses! Will other start buying soon, too?

Our friends at CNN and Money Magazine are saying that the Bay County Real Estate market is set to surge over 18% soon.  Go to this link to see the forecast for our market, and others.

Could they be right?  Sure they could, and it sure would be great news.  But I don’t have a lot of faith in these kinds of forecasts, and especially from CNN/Money.  Do you remember how bad they blew it this time last year, saying that our market was going to surge, just as it was falling off a cliff?  If you don’t, you can read about it at this link.

So let’s hope they are right this time…but don’t hold your breath!
